Parties and purpose of service

The agreement regulates use of the staybox.ru website, the personal account, and the Monitoring applications. The Monitoring service lets users monitor and manage external ASICs through a controller and server. The app does not mine cryptocurrency on the phone and is not a wallet, exchange, or investment service.

Access and rules of use

Users must keep their account information up to date, protect their sign-in credentials, and manage only equipment they are authorized to manage. Before transferring a controller to another owner, its account link must be transferred or removed.

Control commands, reboots, pool settings, and firmware changes can interrupt equipment operation. Check the selected device and parameters before confirmation. Before changing the firmware, save the necessary settings and take into account the requirements of the manufacturer.

Unauthorized access, interference with other people's equipment, circumvention of access restrictions and actions that violate the law or the rights of others are prohibited. The operator may restrict access if there is a justified security threat or a violation of this agreement.

Application, equipment and payment

This version of the agreement does not change any prices, paid-service periods, or obligations arising from orders that were previously agreed. The application does not guarantee the profitability of mining, the continuity of the external network, the availability of pools or equipment indicators.

Data and deletion

The Privacy Policy describes the data processed, purposes, recipients, retention periods, and your rights. Using the Monitoring service does not mean that you consent to unlimited data processing or advertising.

You can delete your account in the new app or follow the external process on the Account Deletion page. Once the deletion request is accepted, account access ends and personal data are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Accounting records that must be retained by law are kept for the applicable period. Deleting the account does not cancel any controller access period that has already been paid for.

App rights and liability

The user receives a non-exclusive right to use the app for its intended purpose. Intellectual property rights in the software, materials, and marks remain with their respective rights holders. Components of third parties are distributed under the terms of their licenses; the list is available in the About section → Licenses.

The app’s store publisher may differ from the Monitoring service operator. This does not change the operator named in this agreement or the contact for questions about personal data. For the App Store version, Apple's standard end-user license terms also apply where relevant.

The operator takes reasonable measures to maintain the availability and security of the Monitoring service. The liability of the parties is determined by the contract and applicable law. The terms do not limit any non-waivable consumer rights.

Contact and changes

Requests about the Monitoring service, personal data, account access, or deletion can be sent to support@staybox.ru. Please contact the operator first so the dispute can be addressed. This does not limit your right to bring a claim before a court with jurisdiction or override mandatory venue rules.

Russian law applies, subject to any mandatory rules that protect the user. Updates are published with a date; significant changes are reported by the available means of the Monitoring service and do not cancel existing obligations.
